All new students can move into the residence halls on Monday, September 1,

starting at 8am. Orientation activities will begin at 4:30 pm that day.

Don't forget to grab something (shirt, hat, etc.) from home that represents

your hometown for the "Hometown Apparel Dance."

If you didn't give us your T-shirt size or want to make sure we have the right

size for you please email us at amanda.parpart@dsu.edu or call 605-256-5244,

please mention your name and shirt size (S-XXXL) by August 15 at 4:30pm.

Orientation groups will be participating in PENNY WARS during the first

week of school. So, bring in your change to help your group win a free pizza

party. All money collected will go to the United Way.

We will be having our first Family Day, Saturday, September 20.  Details will be

available soon, so please mark your calendars!
