Get to know your DSU Dining Services Staff
Daryl Daryl works in the C-store and has been with us for 5 years. Need to know about radio stations? Just ask Daryl, he knows them all across the US and overseas!
Debi Debi is our Java City Barista and is working her first year. She enjoys gardening and riding motorcycles.
Fay Fay is our cashier and has 5 years of service. Fay collects kerosene lamps, over 60! She is married to Bill for 35 years and has 9 grandkids ages 3 to 27 and 2 great grandkids.
Joice Joice assists in Grab & Go production, Grille specials server and helps in the C-store. She has 10 years of service. She enjoys gardening, working with ceramics, and volunteering at the nursing home in Arlington.
Jennifer Jennifer is our Food Service Director and is in her 3rd year at DSU and 7th year with ARAMARK. She graduated from SDSU with a Hotel & Foodservice Management degree. She enjoys karaoke, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.
Randy Randy is our Utility Worker and has been with us for 29 years! He enjoys collecting memorabilia and having the most seniority!
Rose Rose works in the dish room and has been with us for 6 years. She enjoys reading and working on plastic canvas painting projects.
Janice Janice works in the Pizza department and has been with us for 8 years. She hosts many guests at her house for coffee.
Tina Tina works in our Grille department and has been with us for 10 years. She enjoys traveling to New York and Georgia.
Babs Babs has been baking our delicious desserts for 2 years. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids.
Carla Carla works in our dish room and has been with us for 5 years. She enjoys sewing and gardening.
Mary Mary is our World Fare Extraordinaire!
Dawn Dawn is our Kitchen Supervisor and has been with us for 8 years. She enjoys riding motorcycles and spoiling her grandkids.
Linda Linda works in our Salad department and makes numerous Grab & Go items. She has worked here for 27 years! She collects angels, enjoys sewing, reading and spending time with her grandson Noah.
Bonnie Bonnie works in our dining room and has been with us for 7 years. She enjoys crocheting, puzzle books, and spending time with her husband Earl.
Sue Sue works at our Deli station and is in her first year. She enjoys working with the public.
Jean Jean has been with DSU Dining Services for 20 years! She has played many roles in her time with us and is currently our Office Manager. She enjoys gardening, bike riding, camping, and spending time with her family.
Rose Rose works in our dish room and has been with us for 9 years. She enjoys watching wrestling and spending time with friends.
Sharon Sharon works in the Pizza Department, makes items for the Grab & Go Case and is a Java City Barrista.
