A variety of grilled sandwiches prepared fresh for lunch and dinner along with a special sandwich featured daily.  This is the place to get your 6 oz Sirloin Burger topped with different ingredients every day. Grille Works also features cooked-to-order breakfast selections.

Four soups and soup toppers available daily.  A Vegetarian soup offered every day!

Features exhibition or "performance" cooking of entrees such as pastas, omelets, stir-fry, and Mexican cuisine, home cooked meals, and a rotation of Diversity Meals.
