Everything you use is comprised of chemicals.  There is no way to predict all possible hazards or accidents that can occur with chemicals, but chemical hygiene plans attempt to deal with as many hazards as possible.  The primary goal of a training site such as this is not to prepare individuals for anything that will happen, but to give them an idea of what can happen, and what to do if things do go wrong.
