Finally, the chemical hygiene plan may contain things such as definitions of terms, acronyms, special forms that must be filled out under given situations, or additional information such as bibliographies. Probably one of the most important things to note at the end of the chemical hygiene plan, is a table listing those persons responsible for various components of safety as well as their phone numbers or some other means of contacting.  Most importantly however, it is important to note that it is everybody’s responsibility to make sure that the building is safe for everybody in it, including themselves.
