Emergency procedures

Any chemical hygiene plan is designed with the intent in mind of preventing any kind of emergency from rising.  However, as it is impossible to predict every type of emergency that might arise, or even preventing those emergencies which we can anticipate, no chemical hygiene plan would be complete without some discussion about how to respond when an emergency does arise.   This chemical hygiene plan is no different and following is a brief discussion of how to respond for certain broad categories of emergencies.
