Mathematics Major for Bachelor of Science in Education
| Students in this program learn to integrate computer technology into both the learning and teaching of mathematics. The core of mathematics and education courses, together with a strong computer science component, prepares graduates to teach both mathematics and computer science at the secondary level. Students majoring in this program develop a strong mathematical background in a thirty-five hour mathematics core following the guidelines of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the Mathematical Association of America. | ||
