Associate of Science in Office Management

Graduates of the Office Management program will be educated in word processing, personal computing, electronic mail, electronic filing and retrieval. Modern up-to-date equipment provides the student with state-of-the-art office technology. Study relating to information technology, interpersonal relations and communications are stressed to make the student knowledgeable and adaptable - willing to accept and respond to change.

The Associate of Science degree in Office Management will permit one to seek employment ranging from clerical to supervisory positions. Employment of information processing personnel is expected to increase faster than the average for all occupations through the 1990's as the continued expansion of business and government creates a growing volume of paperwork. This program articulates with the Bachelor in Business Administration.
