Mission

To promote and enhance opportunities for parents of DSU students to communicate, participate, and establish a sense of community with one another and with the faculty, staff, and administration of DSU.

Purpose

1.  Provide parents, guardians, and other supporters of DSU students an opportunity to learn more about DSU and its programs and policies.

2.  Provide opportunities for parents to individually and collectively organize their efforts to participate in special projects, which enrich the lives of our students.

3.  Provide giving opportunities through which parents can better support students and their educational experience.

4.  Facilitate communication and close cooperation between students, parents, faculty, and administrative officials to fulfill the needs of parents.

5.  Assist in bringing facts about DSU to a wider audience of prospective students and friends through volunteering.
