A Message from the President

As the parent of a prospective Dakota State University student I want to extend a very special welcome to our web site. Dakota State has established a new strategic plan for 2007-2012 titled “FOCUSED”. This plan continues to emphasize the importance of providing the most up to date educational experience for all our students. From teacher education, business, computer science, digital design, scientific forensic technology and all our other degree programs the integration of information technology is at the center of this experience.

Our new slogan for DSU is “Dare to Do” and students who attend our university are daring to enhance their education in a new and exciting manner while at the same time gaining the personal attention that is a hall mark of this campus. I hope you will explore our websites so you can understand just how unique this university truly is.
