Madison – Dakota State University professors Jim McKeown and Roger Reed will be presenters at the 1998 Society for Information Technology and

Teacher Education (SITE) Conference in Washington, D.C. on March 10-14. This is the third time in four years that the professors have been asked to do a workshop at the conference.

"The Paperless Classroom Revisited" is a three hour workshop focuses on such areas as how instructors develop web-based materials, what software is appropriate, how email is used for communications, and using the internet for research. The workshop is designed for instructors developing web-based courses or classroom teachers who are designing courses for the Internet.

McKeown will also be a presenter at the International Conference on Technology and Education (ICTE) in Sante Fe on March 8-11. He will present "Communications in an Internet-Based Programming Course."
