DSU’s Bhushan presents at conference Madison – Latha Bhushan, a assistant professor for the College of Education at Dakota State University, recently presented a conference session at the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Conference on Children with Special Needs. The conference was held in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 20-23. Bhushan’s presentation was selected from nearly 450 proposals from parents, administrators, researchers, and others. Proposals were evaluated by two reviewers. Less than 25% of all submissions were accepted. Bhushan’s session was titled "Service Coordinators’ Perspective of Issues Related to the Referral Process."
