DSUs Bennett is co-presenter at seminar Madison -- Dorine Bennett is one of two presenters at the "Analyzing Medical Records for the South Dakota Paralegal" seminar being held in Sioux Falls on November 11th. Bennett is Director of Health Information Management and assistant professor for the College of Business and Information Systems at Dakota State University. She will be presenting with Daniel Fritz, an associate in the law firm of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz, & Lubrun in Sioux Falls. According to the Institute of Paralegal Education, the seminar is designed to take the mystery out of medical records and give practical information to use immediately. Participants will learn basic medical terminology and how to dissect a medical history. It will be attended by paralegals, legal assistants, and law office support staff. (end) |
