Governor Rounds Commencement Speaker  South Dakota Governor M. Michael Rounds will be the speaker at Dakota State University commencement Saturday, May 10 at 10:30 am in the DSU Fieldhouse. Dakota State will award 22 masters degrees, 154 bachelors and 40 associate degrees at the ceremony. Speaking on behalf of the graduates will be Jennifer Coats of Doland, SD and Noah Sanderson of Brookings. Coats is a computer graphic design and computer science major.
