Legal Drinking Age to be Focus of Public Forum at
DSU The Dakota State University Office of Alcohol and Other Drugs and the DSU Student Senate is sponsoring a public forum
on the legal drinking age, 18 vs 21, Thursday, February 28. The
forum begins at 7:00pm in the Technology Building Auditorium.
Panelists will discuss the growing controversy and
surrounding issues over lowering the legal drinking age from 21 to
18 years of age. Forum panelists will include Flandreau attorney N.
Bob Pesall; State Coordinator ND/SD SADD Lee Erikcson; Minnehaha
County Sheriff Mike Milstead; NDSU student Brooke Jameson; DSU
Director Alcohol and Other Drug Office Erik Miller. DSU Student
Senate President Chase Anderton will serve as moderator.
The forum will be webcast live through DSU E-Education
