DSU Professors Teaching in China Faculty from Dakota State University will be spending two weeks in China teaching English to Chinese educators as part of an agreement between DSU and East China Normal University in Shanghai. Under terms of the agreement, two Chinese faculty are sent to DSU to learn about educational technology, and DSU faculty travel to China to conduct workshops. The Dakota State faculty participating are Dr. Crystal Pauli, Dr. Vicki Sterling and Dr. Linda Venekamp. The workshops they will be conducting in China include methods of teaching English to elementary, middle and high school teachers. They will be in China July 23 through August 7. The Chinese faculty will come to Dakota State in mid-September. |
