Recycled Percussion Coming to Dakota State

The Dakota State University Activities Board is bringing in the group “Recycled Percussion” to the Dakota Prairie Playhouse on Wednesday, November 1, at 7:30pm.

The group, on a national “Rock Your Junk” tour, has emerged from an underground live show sensation to one of the most powerful touring shows in the U.S.  They combine hard-rock drumming led by the world’s fastest extreme drummer Justin Spencer, and hip-hop funk grooves spun by their turntablist to create music that is sophisticated and technical.

The performance by Recycled Percussion is open to the public.  Doors open at 7:00pm with tickets selling at $2 for DSU students, faculty, and staff; $3 for other students; and $5 for general admission.

More information on the group is at www.recycledpercussion.com
