Diversity Makes Life Beautiful

The Diversity Services Office at Dakota State University is hosting a performance of "Immigrant Dreams" by Mixed Blood Theatre Company to support the University. 

The event will be Friday, October 13 at the Holiday Inn – City Centre in the International Ballroom at 7:30pm. Tickets are $12 per person or $80 for a table of eight. Tickets will be available at the door. Checks, cash and credit cards will be accepted.

The production weaves interviews with Minnesota’s immigrants, refugees, and their descendants with original songs. Imaginative and illuminating, this wide-ranging program by Guyanese-born playwright Gavin Lawrence gives emphatic voice to those who are just now being heard.

Along with the production, attendees can sample food from around the world.
