Human Resources Director Participates in Leadership Program

Dakota State University Human Resources Director Nancy Grassel was invited to participate in the Association Leadership Program (ALP). Fewer than 1 in 100 human resources professionals from around the country are invited to participate in this program.

The Association Leadership Program is presented for members who are active in College and University Professionals Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).  Grassel served on the Midwest CUPA-HR Board of Directors and Director of Membership. 

The Association Leadership Program offers CUPA-HR leaders the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of CUPA-HR association leadership roles, discuss programs and services offered by the national association, the five regions and the 28 chapters. This will also mark the beginning of CUPA-HR’s 60th Anniversary Celebration.

The program was held in Tempe, AZ July 14-16.
