DSU HR Director on National Committee

 Nancy Grassel has accepted an appointment to the National CUPA-HR Board Membership Committee. Grassel is the Human Resources Director at Dakota State University.

 The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) is an institutionally based association of higher education human resource professionals. Founded in 1946, CUPA-HR serves more than 8,400 HE-HR professionals in more than 1,600 colleges and universities, as well as others interested in the advancement of human resources in higher education, including students and human resource service providers.  CUPA-HR serves higher education HR professionals and their institutions by providing high quality resources that sustain performance, enhance capabilities, increase effectiveness, expand career options, and support efforts to advance and promote the HE-HR profession. 

 Grassel served on the Midwest CUPA-HR Board of Directors as the Director of Membership. She was recommended for the national board by Andy Brantley, CEO of CUPA-HR.  With “Inclusive Membership” as one of the six core values, the Membership Committee is charged with developing recommendations to the National Board relating to all matters relating to membership and its benefits.
