National Student Survey
Praises Dakota State University In the 2005 Student Satisfaction Inventory, Dakota State University (DSU) outperforms other four-year public institutions nationally. Dakota State students rate the University significantly above average in eleven of twelve areas surveyed. Dakota State excels in Concern for the Individual, Instructional Effectiveness, Recruitment and Financial Aid, etc. DSU is rated slightly (though not significantly) above average in academic advising. This survey provides information on how satisfied students are and what is most important to them. The most important factor in students’ decision to enroll at DSU is its academic reputation. The following graph depicts the average rating of DSU students compared to students from other four-year public institutions.  |
