John Webster talks about Dakota State University

            Dakota State University assistant professor of Business and Information Systems and PeopleSoft Programs Director, John Webster recently had an article published in the academic magazine Syllabus.

            Webster’s article, “Dakota State University: Technology Equips Graduates with Real-World Experience” appeared in the January 1, 2003 issue.

Syllabus magazine, published since 1988, is the only monthly publication that focuses on the role of technology in higher education, according to its website. Each issue of the magazine includes feature articles, case studies, product reviews and profiles of technology use at the individual, departmental and institutional level.

The magazine’s regular features cover several topics including multimedia, distance learning, the Internet, quantitative tools and administrative technology. The Syllabus website supports and expands upon the publication’s content covering the latest technology for higher education.
