Fall Graduation Set for SundayEighty-five graduates will walk across the stage this Sunday, December 16th at Dakota State University. The ceremony will begin at 2pm at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse. Commencement speaker will be Jon Hunter. Speaking on behalf of the graduates will be Chris Kreul. Graduates include 11 master’s, 69 baccalaureate, and 5 associate. Jon Hunter is the publisher of the Madison Daily Leader, a position he has held since 1990. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research. Mr. Hunter currently serves as President of the Lake Area Improvement Corporation and is chair of the business development committee of the Madison Chamber of Commerce. He is vice president of the DSU Foundation and serves as an adjunct instructor for Dakota State University in the area of finance. Chris Kreul, who resides in Colman, will graduate from DSU with a degree in Information Systems. He is very active on campus, serving as the Student Senate President, Student Senate Vice-President, and Student Senate General Senator. He also served on several DSU committees.
