Request a Library Room Reservation

Some rooms & spaces in the library can be reserved for use by staff, faculty, or students.

To find out if the date/time that you want to reserve the space is available,
see the Lab & Room Calendar. And read the note above the calendar that indicates the days/times when Room 201 cannot be scheduled(due to relocated Science Center classes)

To request the use of a Library room or space on the first or second floor, complete and submit the form below. Requests to reserve the basement level of the Library must be submitted to the Mundt Foundation.

You will be notified by email if the room is available or not for your reservation.

Which space would you like to reserve?

Room 201.
Located on the second floor; contains 6-person tables; seats up to 50 people. Has whiteboard, screen, wireless computer/video projector, dvd player, and vcr.
When not being used for a class or event, this room may be used for practicing presentations or studying. Check out the remotes for the equipment at the Library's main desk.

2nd floor Open Classroom. Located at the top of the front stairway, this classroom without walls has 6-person tables; seats up to 36 people. Has screen, wireless computer projector, and portable whiteboard. Remotes for the equipment are checked out from the Library's main desk.

1st floor Open Classroom.
Located on the first floor, the open classroom has a wireless computer projector and table-seating for 30 people. Remotes for the equipment are checked out from the Library's main desk.
