Karl E. Mundt Library Master's Project Binding Form

Please fill out this form to have your master's project bound. A minimum of two copies are required to be bound at a cost to you of $10.00 each. One copy will be added to the library's collection and one will be added to the University Archives. The Grad Office no longer needs to receive a copy. You may request additional copies at the same cost of $10.00 each. Please see Ellen Hoff in the library to drop off your projects.

Do you want a copy mailed to you or to someone else? Add $10.00 for shipping and handling costs for each mailed copy in addition to the $10.00 each for binding. You may also pick up additional copies at the library rather than having them mailed.
