Article Request Form
**For use only by Dakota State University students, faculty and staff.**

Use this form to request newspaper, magazine, or journal articles.

All requests are sent out within one workday (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
We cannot guarantee when items will be received because that depends on the loaning library (item availability; speed of response) and delivery method (electronic, postal mail, courier).
Some articles may be received within 24 hours if the loaning library responds immediately and delivers electronically. But articles can take 7-14 days to be delivered. Hard to obtain items can take longer.
What you enter on the request form in response to "I don't need this item after (enter date in format mm/dd/yy)" is important. We will stop trying to get the requested item on that date.
Please let us know as much as you can about the item you are requesting. The more you can tell us, the faster we can get the material to you.
