Three file folders in this box represent constituent correspondence, resolutions, and newspaper clippings about ethics of members of Congress. At this time Adam Clayton Powell had been voted out of the House by its members and Thomas Dodd was being investigated. A Senate Standards of Conduct resolution passed by a narrow margin on March 21and 22, 1968.
