To transfer
video from a Panasonic PV-DV202 camera to your computer you will
need to download and install two software programs (Step A).
After these are installed and setup follow the Transfer video
instructions (Step B).
Step A is a one-time setup process and will take
20-30 minutes.
A. Download and install
these two software programs for transfer.
1. Open an internet browser (e.g. Internet
Explorer, Mozilla Firefox). Internet Explorer was used in creating
these instructions.
2. Select this

to download the Panasonic USB Driver
(a zip file). Save the file
(palmcorder_USB_driver2_00.exe) on your Desktop.
3. Select the palmcorder_USB_driver2_00.exe
file on your Desktop.
4. WinZip Self-Extractor will open, change the file name to
“C:\Panasonic” and click Unzip.
Close the box by pressing the close button.
6. Select the My Computer icon on your Desktop and then
select the Local Disk (C).
Locate the C:\Panasonic folder
7. Open the Panasonic folder and
double-click “Setup.exe”

This will open an Installation Wizard. Follow through the wizard
reading the instructions and clicking the “Next” buttons.Make sure you read all of the instructions.

Once the installation is done you
need to restart your computer. * To use the software you will need to
restart your computer. * If you wish to restart now select
yes. * If you wish to restart later select
no. * When finished click “OK.”
