Interlibrary Loan
Request Interlibrary Loan when you need materials (books, articles, videos, etc.) that are not available in the Mundt Library and are not accessible online. Interlibrary Loan is a service in which libraries borrow and loan materials to other libraries. Usually there is no cost (if there is a charge we will inform before we order) for this service. This service gives students and faculty access to more information to assist in their work. This service is available to on and off campus students/faculty.
If you search the DSU Library Catalog and do not retrieve satisfactory results, select ALL SDLN LIBRARIES from the "Change Libraries" pull-down menu. When you find an item at another library, just select the Interlibrary loan (you will be required to login with your library ID) button and fill out the information. On campus students will receive an email when the item is available at the library. If you are a distance student you can request items from any library, including DSU. We will send items to off campus students via the US mail.
You will find articles in Research Databases, not the library catalog. If you request an article you will receive the article via email (PDF) most of the time.
You can request an Interlibrary via this forms page.
