Employee Changes Address/Direct Deposit Changes Change of Address To change your address on the payroll system you need to go to or send the new address in writing, such as a letter, fax or e-mail, to Human Resources, Heston Hall. This includes your local and permanent addresses. South Dakota Retirement System requires a special form to be completed. The HR Office will send it to you. Change of Campus Address It is the responsibility of the employee to change their campus address and office phone number. This can be done in person or in writing such as a memo, fax or e-mail to Human Resources, Heston Hall. Change of Direct Deposit If you want to change the destination of your payroll check, you need to go to Human Resources, Heston Hall, or request the form via memo, fax or e-mail.
