It is the policy of Dakota State University (DSU) to abide by all
federal and state wage and hour laws. DSU prohibits improper pay
practices and improper deductions. Employees with concerns about
possible violations of wage and hour laws should contact the DSU Payroll
Office at 256-5134 or the Human Resources Office at 256-5129. Every
effort will be made to investigate the concern and promptly rectify any
inadvertent errors.
