Mingming is part of the team that keeps the DSU Web site up and running.
Mingming works with faculty and staff to create individual and department
page pages and works with faculty on course and project web sites. Mingming
helps with training for faculty and staff with new software used on campus
and has been key in the conversion of WebCT for the campus this summer and
fall.
One example of Mingming's hard work and dedication has been the work she has
done as part of the web team with Haomin and Dawn to create the training
modules and conduct the training for WebCT. Our campus had a short turn
around time in implementing WebCT. The timing wasn't great as it was over
the summer, when most faculty members are gone. But Mingming was
instrumental in getting training modules on the Web for faculty use and has
worked both in workshops and on-on-one training with faculty to get their
coursework ready in WebCT
Mingming is a very hard working and dedicated employee and has excellent
technical skills. She is right on a project and completes them in phenomenal
time. She is very much a quiet person, working behind the scenes, but is a
key player in our office.
