Karen is responsible for getting over 400 people
accurately paid each month. She assists employees with benefit enrollment,
and is responsible for leave accounting. Karen is always searching for
better ways to complete her work and better serve our employees. She has
responsibility for keeping up with regulations regarding the employment of
foreign students, and has developed processes to keep them better informed
of tax issues that may impact them. She is very conscientious in her work,
and is able to research and find solutions for unique or difficult problems
with little direction from her superiors.
Because of her intuitiveness and professionalism, Karen is given the
latitude to work independently with people on- and off-campus. I can always
trust the job will get done right.
