The Dakota State University Alumni Association is proud to recognize Jess Casper as the Career Service Association Employee of the Month for the month of November, 2001. Jess has been employed at DSU since August of 2000 working as an Information Specialist in the Public Relations department. He is a native of Idaho Falls, ID. He graduated from college in May 1998 from Chadron State College in Chadron, NE with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Journalism.
