CSA Employee of the Month Neal Kukla

Neal Kukla, Grounds Keeper, is Dakota State’s February Employee of the Month. Neal joined our staff in October of 1990. He lives in rural Madison with his wife, Delores.

Some of Neal’s peers offered these comments about Neal: "Many people on campus do not realize the good qualities of kindness that are displayed on a day to day basis by Neal. Staff or faculty can ask to have a small task completed, but Neal will go the extra step to fulfill the request to the very best of his ability. That little bit of extra means the difference between having a job done or a job done to completeness. Ask Neal for help, there is no hesitation, he will complete that request just as soon as it is humanly possible."

Neal is "willing to work with others. Aggressive. Tries to do a good job when asked."
