Banner

The Board of Regents institutions utilize the Banner administrative computer system, which is an Oracle relational database application licensed from the SunGard SCT Corporation. The SNAP Portal is a web-based Self-Service portal which enables employees to access their personal data stored in the administrative systems.

WebCT Training -- Training modules on a variety of Banner processes and topics are available on WebCT.  The ID is hrfis and the password is training.

SNAP Portal Access -- All employees will enter their hours worked (overtime eligible) or exception leave time (overtime exempt/faculty) on a web-based timesheet within the SNAP portal.  The process to be issued a SNAP ID is being developed.  This webpage will be updated when that process is finalized.  In the mean time, your supervisor should contact HR with questions.
