Philosophy of Education Examples

Example 1:  Note how this DSU student specifically incorporates the ideas of Lev Vygotsky and Jean Piaget in her philosophy.  She also specifically details what she will do to be an agent of educational change.

Example 2: This DSU student's philosophy incorporates examples from her experience as an elementary student.  Note also, that while she only makes reference to journal articles, she explains that her desire to be an agent of educational change stems from some of the events she has witnessed in schools.

Example 3: This DSU student makes reference to the scholarship of Albert Bandura, Lev Vygotsky, and Jean Piaget.  Note the strong call for personal agency among educators in order to effect educational change.
