Julie Heinz Johnson 

Julie Heinz Johnson is currently an Associate Professor of Physical Education, head women's basketball coach and women's golf coach at Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin. Her overall record as head basketball coach is 117-108. Her team was the Midwest Conference North Division Champions in 1995 and 96 and Conference Champions in 1996.

In 1999 Julie was promoted to associate professor. She was named Midwest conference Coach of the Year in 1996 and the DSU Alumni Coach of the year that same year.

Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 from Dakota State University, before receiving her Masters of Science from South Dakota State University in 1990.

As an athlete at Dakota State Julie was named the South Dakota Iowa Conference MVP in 1987, was an All-NAIA district 12 player. She was a three-time All-SDIC selection and a four time DSU best defensive player selection.

Academically she was on the Dean's list in 1986 and 87
