8-plexes

These two apartment complexes are are located two blocks north of the main campus. They were built in 2001 and can house up to 36 students per complex. There are four apartments downstairs that hold five residents and four apartments upstairs that can hold four residents. The complexes themselves are coed, but each individual apartment is not. This allows a step closer to a student’s first apartment, but with all the same rules and regulations of the other dormitories on campus. Because of the added privileges, only sophomores, juniors, and seniors are allowed to live in these buildings. ⁸³
