Dining Services & Catering… All food service and catering is provided and prepared fresh on-site by the staff of Aramark. Camp and Conference meals are served cafeteria style. The final count indicating the number of participants using the meal plan is required two weeks in advance. If you or any of your conference participants require special meals or menu items due to a medical condition, please let us know in advance. With the help of our DSU Dining Services Staff, we can help you plan a wide range of beverage and food service menu items, from refreshment breaks to barbecues and elegant luncheons or evening banquets. Boxed meals and specialty desserts are also available. Catered meals are billed separately from your meal plan package at the catering rate.
