Living on Campus….

The residence halls available for summer are standard style residence halls. Guest rooms are double occupancy.   Limited single occupancy rooms are available.  Residence hall bathrooms are located on all floors.  They are designated as “male only” or “female only”, reflecting the gender staying on that floor.  The main floor lounge is available for use of all conference groups residing in the building.   Laundry facilities are located in the basement of each hall.  Guests need to provide their own laundry soap and fabric softener.   

Linens are available which include, two flat sheets, one pillow, one pillowcase, one blanket, towel and washcloth.  Linens are placed in each guest’s room by our staff.  Guests make their own beds upon arrival.  Towel exchange is offered daily.  Our staff cleans and disinfects bathrooms and common areas of the halls each day; individual rooms are cleaned prior to guests’ arrival or upon their departure.

You’ll share the campus with other adult and youth conferences and with academic summer session students during your summer stay.   Other groups may share common areas in residence halls and dining centers with your group, depending on space availability.  Every effort is made to match compatible groups in halls that will be shared by more than one conference.
