Keep a 5-7 day log or diary of your daily food intake. You must count all KCALS that you ingest each day. Calculate how many KCAL you ingest for 5-7 days. Then multiply 12 X's your body weight and subtract that number from the calories ingested each day. How did you do each day consume more or less calories than 12 X your body wt. ·         Physical Activity Diary & Article

Keep a 5-7 day log or diary of your daily physical activity. You may use only levels of physical activity lasting more than 10 minutes. Share with us the mode or type of activity [strength training, flexibility exercises, or aerobic activities]

Calculate how many KCAL you burn while exercising.  Search in YAHOO or Google for a calculator for KCAL burned there are several to be found on the internet.

Search in your University Internet Library for an article on benefits of physical activity, prescribed levels of physical activity, etc.

Post your Diaries etc. plus the article in Discussions.

The article should be research based with several references and 2-3 pages minimum in length.

Write a review of the article 300+ word count.

Reply to two other students PA Dairy and article. Each reply must exceed 75 +words.

Then submit all of the above information in Drop Box to earn points.

                        ***Length of information must exceed 2-3 pages without pictures etc. 6 pages of test would help earn a higher score.

·         Fad Diet Article  

Search in your University Internet Library or search the internet with YAHOO or Google for an article on “Fad Diets”. The article should be research based with references and 2-3 pages minimum  length. If you choose a diet with less number of pages look for two articles on the same topic. Then report on both articles.
