8. EXPLANATION OF THE CHANGE:

PHYS 111 is not offered every semester at BHSU or SDSMT. Allowing the respiratory care students (specifically in the Rapid City program) to take either PHYS 101 or PHYS 111 will allow their curricular plans to continue with less delay due to unavailable classes.
