8.  EXPLANATION OF THE CHANGE:

 

A choice of the programming sequence between CIS 130/251 in Visual Basic and CSC 150/250 in C/C++ is appropriate.  The CIS 385 course is removed because the focus is the minor is on software design, web applications, and e-commerce.  This brings the minor down to 18 credits.
