The Curriculum Committee approved the following curricular items.  These items will be shared with the faculty for input.

 

Intent to Plan

        BS in Computer Networking   

        BS Computer Technology & Entrepreneurism  

 

New Minor Degree

        Minor in Computer Forensics

             CIS 432 Defense and Forensic Countermeasures (new course for minor)

             CIS 434 Computer Forensics & Investigations (new course for minor)

 

College of Arts and Sciences

        DAD, Audio Production was approved at the 2/14 meeting.  At that time the new course requests were not

        included.  Below is the new courses that are in that specialization:

            MUS 222 Computers and Music (changes in prefix, title, course description and prerequisite)

            DAD 322 Audio Production II (unique)
            DAD 323 Live Sound Reinforcement (unique)
            DAD 350 Recording Sessions (unique)

            MUAP 115 Class Instruction - Keyboard (common course)

            MUS 202 The Music Industry (unique course at SDSU)
