All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must
be in perfect condition. You must have your sales receipt in order to receive any
refund. Full refund will be made for books returned by
09/11/07 with sales receipt and in resalable condition.
Returns accompanied by copy of completed drop/add slip will
receive full refund until 09/17/07 if accompanied by sales
receipt and in resalable condition. Returns for second and
third 8-week classes will be accepted for two business days
after the first day the class meets. Students withdrawing
from the university will receive a full refund from 09/18/07
through 10/10/07 providing books are in resalable
condition. After 10/10/07, returns will receive wholesale
price only. All book returns from E-Education classes
must be received in the Bookstore within one week of the
drop date. Books being returned for canceled classes
must be received within one week of cancellation date.
