The Dakota State University
Trojan Volleyball program has signed Kylie Farley,
head coach Cynthia Henning announced.
Farley
is a 5’1” defensive specialist/libero from Sioux Falls, South
Dakota; she played her prep career for Trojan Volleyball alum
Holly Lynch (Gill) at Roosevelt High School.
Farley was a three sport athlete for the Roughriders
competing in basketball and softball but will focus on
volleyball during her college career. During her senior
volleyball campaign the Roughriders captured the South Dakota AA
State Volleyball Championship.
“Kylie has a lot of playing experience from both high school and
club ball,” said Coach Henning, “and that experience should pay
off for her at the collegiate level.” Coach Henning added
“Kylie has a great attitude and a lot of desire to excel on the
court so we are very excited that she chose Dakota State
University and Trojan Volleyball.” Farley was a three year
varsity player for the Roughriders.
Farley is an elementary education major and is the daughter of
Lynn and Dave Farley.
