DSU will try for its
third win this season against Si Tanka-Huron Saturday.
The Trojans have defeated Si Tanka-Huron twice this season, edging the
Screaming Eagles 3-2 both times in deja vu circumstances.
Playing Sept. 22 at home, DSU lost the first game (26-30), but then
rattled off 30-17 and 30-27 wins before losing 16-30 in the fourth game.
DSU iced the match with a 16-14 fifth-game win.
The Trojans at Huron on Oct. 27 suffered a 24-30 first-game loss and then
posted second- and third-game wins of 30-16 and 30-24 before losing 25-30
in the fourth face-off. DSU won the match with a 15-11 fifth-game win.
"Huron is a tough team," admitted Henning. "I expect it to be a
barn-burner of a match again. We'd love to have the stands packed with
lots of loud, supportive Trojan volleyball fans."
