2008 Outlook

Last season, the Trojans were regionally ranked for six consecutive weeks and also defeated three of the four nationally ranked teams they played. The Dakota State University softball team will once again face strong competition throughout the season by playing 11 games against NCAA opponents and 13 games against teams that have qualified for the NAIA National Tournament since 2005. The Trojans will take part in tournaments at Cedar Falls, IA., St. Cloud, MN., Hastings, NE., and Vermilion, SD.
