The Trojans who are currently 13-5 overall, are nationally ranked in nine different team categories including No.4 team batting average (.395), No.4 hits per game (11.222), No.6 RBI’s per game (7.389), No.11 stolen bases per game (2.50), No.11 in Runs Scored per Game (7.611), No.12 in Steal Attempts per Game (2.889), No.16 in Slugging Pct (0.499), No.17 in At Bats per Game (28.389), and No.19 in Doubles per Game (1.889). “Being regionally ranked is a great accomplishment and honor; it is one our team should be very proud of because they have worked very hard to improve themselves as student-athletes. Our goals are not focused on rankings or honors. Our goal is to improve as individuals and as a team everyday. If we do that, recognition and honors will come as a result of that improvement.” Stated Associate Head Coach Ken Prorok. The Trojans are scheduled to play Presentation College on Friday in Aberdeen, SD.
